Everyday living and a lifetime of learning are the raw materials from which I construct both a practice that sustains me and a life I love. Mine is an integrated approach. Whether teaching yoga, guiding meditation, hosting a gathering, or educating about Ayurveda and essential oils, I hold space with the intention to nurture in others a sense of maitrī, or lovingkindness for oneself, the foundation for whole-hearted living. I have been blessed to have extraordinary teachers and guides whose authentic expression of the teachings inspire my own commitment to whole-hearted living with passion and purpose. Twenty years into my own journey on the yogic path, I have experienced firsthand the alchemical power and transformative potential of this practice and I am honored and grateful to accompany others along their path. Alexi Love, Pilates Teacher

I am fascinated by how we might move with more grace, strength and balance. Teaching Pilates gives me the opportunity to see people grow, heal and explore healthier patterns of movement and I find that thrilling! I grew up dancing in the UK, moved to the US to study Psychology and after a back injury I began using Pilates to realign my body and rehabilitate. The Pilates method’s effectiveness at relieving pain, strengthening the back and core and facilitating ease of movement amazed me. Since then I’ve been delighting in learning more and sharing it with others. I have become a fully certified STOTT Pilates teacher, attending trainings around the world and benefitting from a vibrant community of researchers and practitioners in mind-body education. I picked up a range of specialties and experience that can help me tailor a class to individuals’ needs. Each day I am inspired by the people I have met as Pilates clients. I love sharing the quest to find the “just right” level of resistance for each person and seeing people progress as they integrate new skills into their daily lives. My trainings include: STOTT PILATES® Matwork & Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels, Injuries and Special Populations; ZEN•GA® ; Total Barre®; Specialist Certification for Prenatal and Postnatal Women, Specialist Certification for Osteoporosis. Amy Tully, Yoga Teacher
I am an explorer of life, both of our outer and our inner worlds. My journey with yoga began in 2006 as the mother of two young children, looking for balance, strength and vitality in my body and mind. Along the way, yoga has evolved into a lifestyle where I try to integrate the practices on the mat into my everyday life. I was born in Minnesota and grew up with a love of the Great Outdoors, feeling at home swimming in a lake, hiking in the forest or skiing on the slopes. I moved to Lugano in 2013 with my family, where I felt the call to become a teacher and completed my training at Yoga Roof as a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certified teacher. I enjoy delving into the latest scientific research on the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga to reading the ancient teachings of the East. Yet I know the ultimate connection is in the experience. I am passionate about sharing my own experience and knowledge with you of the mind-body connection to help you on your own path to health and happiness. Mi chiamo Babettli e mi sono trasferita in Svizzera da Londra; prima di allora avevo vissuto a New York e prima ancora a Padova dove sono nata. Ho scoperto lo yoga una notte in cui non riuscivo a dormire per forti dolori al nervo sciatico. O provavo a risolvere con lo yoga (consigliato da google) o sceglievo l’altra soluzione, piu’ drastica, che comportava tanti aghi. Odio gli aghi. Cosi’ ho provato lo yoga. Nel ricordo della mia prima lezione di yoga mi vedo distesa sul tappetino in completa agonia mentre tutti gli altri yoghini intorno a me sono in uno stato di completo relax e beatitudine. Ho cosi’ deciso di tornare ed in poco tempo anch’io ho capito i benefici che la pratica aveva sul mio corpo e sulla mia mente. Saltando di qualche anno e vari yoga trainings, ho scoperto lo Yin yoga che e’ diventata la mia pratica preferita. Cosi’ come mi affascina molto studiare l’anatomia del corpo umano. Oltre ad aver studiato con Sarah Powers che e’ considerata la fondatrice dello Yin yoga, ho fatto vari corsi corsi di Thai Yoga massage e di massaggio miofasciale. Quando non insegno yoga, o disegno case (sono anche architetto d’interni), mi puoi trovare nel bosco a camminare con i miei figli, con mio marito e un enorme cane bianco siciliano. With my offerings I like to support people living a more healthy, shining aware and embodied life. I teach Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and a holistic, therapeutic yoga as well as teaching Philosophy, Yoga and Meditation in Yoga Teacher Trainings. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 15 years, studying with many International teachers like Shiva Rea, Doug Keller, David Frawley, Josh Summers and Dan Brown.
I work as a therapist with Cell-Reactive Training to treat chronic and physical disorders. I am the founder of Riveryoga studio and a retreat site in India and I started a yoga movement (Guerilla Yoga) in Bern and Lugano. Julie Edwards Frazier-Smith, Alexander Technique + Gyrokinesis® Teacher

I am constantly intrigued and moved by the truth that as we look within, investigate and connect to the present moment through movement (or stillness), we connect to a deeper sense of self and connect to a broader sense of what is surrounding us. The depth to which I have been able to connect to my self and my surroundings is largely due to my studies with the Alexander Technique, Modern dance techniques and Gyrokinesis® movement. I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing this honest investigation and awareness in motion. For a glance at my training, I graduated as an AmSAT approved Alexander Technique teacher (1600 hour course) in 2015 from the Balance Arts Center in New York City under the direction of Master Teacher, Ann Rodiger. Recently, I became an apprentice as a teacher of the Level I format for Gyrokinesis® movement classes from Gyrotonic on Broadway where I studied with Rie Tomita and Master Teacher, Naoko Moriyama-Robbins. Lo yoga è stato da sempre il cuore della mia esperienza di vita Ho iniziato praticare Hatha Yoga quasi quaranta anni.
Ho vissuto per alcuni anni nell'ashram (monastero) di Gurumayi Chidvilasanada sia negli Stati Uniti che in India. In questo periodo ho approfondito insieme allla pratica e al insegnamento di Hatha Yoga lo studio delle filosofie orientali dello Yoga e la meditazione.
Durante questi anni ho seguito gli insegnamenti di professori quali D.Brooks, P.M Ortega e B.Mahoney e di differenti insegnanti di Hatha Yoga quali John Friend, Sienna Shermann, Andrea Boni, Piero Vivarelli, Anna Röckers.
In seguito ho deciso di approfondire la mia pratica di Hatha Yoga con alcune ceritificazioni quali: Yoga Nidra, Yoga Mystic Flow, “Hormon Yoga Terapie” di Dinah Rodrigues, Yoga per anziani e yoga per bambini
Oggi offro corsi con il desiderio di condividere la dolcezza e la profondità spirituale di un percorso che coniuga la bellezza degli equilibri del corpo con la passione per la ricerca interiore.

Martin Bullock, Yoga Teacher

I was first introduced to yoga in 1995 by a dear friend who had done her teacher training at Satchidananda Ashram. I took to it immediately, practicing twice a day for a few years, until I injured myself in late 1998. It took me a long time to physically heal from that injury, and longer still to trust myself to practice yoga again. Decades later I returned to yoga and eventually earned my 200 hour teacher certification at Tranquil Space in Washington, DC in 2017. I tend to teach more active Vinyasa style classes, but I also love the slow transformation of yin yoga and the deep nourishment of restorative yoga and meditation. Martin substitutes a variety of our classes. Martin teaches in English with Italian translation possible.
