With my offerings I like to support people living a more healthy, shining aware and embodied life. I teach Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and a holistic, therapeutic yoga as well as teaching Philosophy, Yoga and Meditation in Yoga Teacher Trainings. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 15 years, studying with many International teachers like Shiva Rea, Doug Keller, David Frawley, Josh Summers and Dan Brown.
I work as a therapist with Cell-Reactive Training to treat chronic and physical disorders. I am the founder of Riveryoga studio and a retreat site in India and I started a yoga movement (Guerilla Yoga) in Bern and Lugano. Yin and Yang Yoga
Yin and Yang Yoga is a balanced and anatomically-informed yoga that benefits health and deep relaxation. We start with active and playful movement in Prana Vinyasa Style to activate the flow of life energy.
Then, we add some strength-building and functional movement exercises that are beneficial for everyday life. The class ends with a deep and relaxing practice of Yin Yoga poses.
All practices serve to relax and rejuvenate body and mind and to train a healthy fascia network, which is supple, permeable, elastic and ‚juicy‘.
