A life of health and enjoyment is built one small step at a time. My own journey of making simple food and lifestyle changes for myself and with my family inspires my work with others as a holistic Health Coach. I enhance my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with my own life experience, including my work with expert nutritionists and holistic health professionals, to guide you to enjoy taking care of yourself, feel your best and achieve your health goals.
Taking care of yourself often falls to the bottom of the to-do list, but when you prioritize your own health, you have more energy and enthusiasm for your work, your life and the people in it. Some of the biggest shifts in my life and health have come from making small changes to daily habits.
Ten years ago, as a new mum, I struggled to find balance and to adapt to a new way of living. But throughout this challenging time, the community and friends I connected with taught me the value and strength of having people around you who inspire and uplift you to make your own wellbeing a priority. Having benefited so much from the support of others, I started studying and understanding health and nutrition, decoding how to utilize them effectively in everyday actions and learning how to share this knowledge. Ultimately, we are all creatures of habit and will become products of our habits. I offer practical steps to help you nurture yourself through thoughts and actions and the food you eat.
Focusing on your individual needs, we concentrate on what works in your life and identify what does not. I guide you in exploring effective approaches to implement realistic, sustainable, positive changes. With a simple and clear approach to eating and living well, I support you and hold you accountable to make changes that last.

As a reliable and dynamic Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I offer support, accountability and tools to help people, especially busy women from executives to stay-at-home mums, be their best selves. I am excited about guiding my clients to find their way to balanced eating, feeling good and living well. I promote lifestyle choices to inspire and revitalise you, offering both one-on-one sessions and small group courses on a variety of topics related to health and overall wellness.
Personal Health Coaching
A personalised, tailored approach for clients who are ready to make some real changes and are committed to growth. One-on-one coaching gives you the luxury of the time, space, and personalised attention to work towards your goals. Areas we could look at: lifestyle (stress, energy, sleep, mood, self care, weight management), food suggestions (food habits and cravings, cooking, eating organic, healthy fats, digestion), exercise, relationships, career, and spirituality.
Your bespoke programme begins with a free initial health consultation by phone or in-person to identify your health goals, understand blocks that are holding you back, and determine if this is the right approach for you. The recommended programme length of 6 months includes two 50-min sessions per month, check-in support between sessions, handouts, and recipes.
250 -fr. /month, discount available for advance programme payment
Group Classes
In small groups of up to 6 participants, discover the benefits of coaching whilst creating a community of like-minded people to support your growth. Each course focuses on a specific topic and integrates food and lifestyle habits into your daily life.
4 week courses: 160 -fr.
6 week courses: 240 -fr.
