WELCOME YOURSELF HOME
The seed planted long ago to create and host a space that supports us all to live yoga and love life is finally sprouting! Centrally located in the stunning Swiss comune of Collina d'Oro, next to the iconic Sant'Abbondio church, the sweet sanctuary offers a space and services to reconnect with the sense of being at home in yourself and your life.
I am joined by a team of stellar teachers who will offer their gifts in a variety of classes that complement and enhance the core value of yoga as a life practice.
Our opening weekend celebration and classes infused the space with such love and light...thank you to everyone who came with wholehearted presence (and beautiful presents too!).
