Everyday living and a lifetime of learning are the raw materials from which I construct both a practice that sustains me and a life I love. Mine is an integrated approach. Whether teaching yoga, guiding meditation, hosting a gathering, or educating about Ayurveda and essential oils, I hold space with the intention to nurture in others a sense of maitrī, or lovingkindness for oneself, the foundation for whole-hearted living. I have been blessed to have teachers and guides whose authentic expression of the teachings inspire my own commitment to embodied living with passion and purpose. Twenty years into my own journey on the yogic path, I have experienced firsthand the alchemical power and transformative potential of this practice and I am honored and grateful to accompany others along their path. Hatha invites us to practice with attention and intention through breath-centered, conscious movement to reconnect body and mind, revitalize natural energy, and restore balance. Rooted in a deep respect for the ancient tradition of Yoga and inspired by modern approaches to asana, Hatha offers students of all levels a complete practice with the inclusion of restorative postures, pranayama, and meditation while Hatha Flow takes a more dynamic approach through the addition of vinyasa-style sequencing. Expect inspired themes and refined alignment in a nurturing environment in which students are encouraged to adapt the postures to honor their individual needs and evolve their practice.
Rise + Shine
Begin your day beautifully with an intuitive approach to movement and meditation. An extension of my personal practice, each unique session may include yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, poetry, Ayurvedic self-care, card reading, guided inquiry, or ritual. Filmed live from my living room, sometimes with guest appearances from kids and Santo the dog, this is real people doing a practice for real life.

Harmony is our natural state, but the pace and pressure of daily living depletes us of our natural energy reserves. Consider this class as an extended opportunity to deeply nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from a variety of movement and self-care practices ranging from Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga and to Accupressure and Abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-massage) and incorporating sound, scents, and hands-on assists, the practice addresses seasonal and situational causes of imbalance and replenishes your reserves.
